Sintered Filter

Sintered Filter

 Sintering is a process by bonding the contact points so that the characteristics of woven wire can be improved. It provides a stable, secure mesh that can be used for high-pressure filtration. There are several main standard types of wire mesh, which include 5-layer sintered wire mesh, sintered wire mesh with perforated metal, sintered square weave mesh and sintered weave mesh. The sintering wire cloth can be welded onto filtration tubes, cylinders, discs and tapered filtration element. Different size and thickness options are designed for various filtration requirements. Plus, customized products are provided.

Performance for Sintered Filter:

1. Micron rating from1µm to 200µm;
2. Able to maintain a steady micron rating under high pressure;
3. Easy to clean with a variety of filter cleaning techniques and be reused;
4.Long service life;
5.Good anti-corrosion, high mechanical strength.
